Yoga Sessions will resume Tuesday August 4, 2009 from 5:30 – 6:30 PM, this class is free and open to everyone over the age of 13 years. Goodmorning Friends…. Sunday is the Childrens Celebration Sunday, I have scheduled your children to be a part of this service, if they can not serve please contact me as soon as possible so that I may find their replacement.  Practice will be at 10 AM  Saturday June 27th  all of these children have served before  so the practice probably won’t take very long.  Thanks for your help, I know it is short notice but I have been out of town  and this is vacation time so many people are traveling….We will be doing a Patriotic Theme so maybe a drawing or poem  or just a colored picture about our country or freedom ….something along the lines of the 4th of July  will be our gifts to the Altar     love and laughter  k 479-970-9316

April 18 Outdoor Adventure Group Hike

 

April 18,2009                    Mt Nebo

We invite you to join us  as we hike the Bench Road Trail of Mt. Nebo an easy to Moderate hike of 4.0 miles

We have hiked the other two trails of  Mt. Nebo so we need to do this one. This loop trail circles the mountain on an old roadbed that follows a level spot that is just below the Rim Tail. Tim Ernst says it’s a pretty easy trail to hike with only a few climbs here and there. We will pass the lake and some nice rock formations. There are a few spurs off the trail to see side attractions.

We will meet at the Church at 8Am leaving at 8:15 Am bring water and snacks for the trail, walking stick, camera, med’s and anything you think you may need for the day. We will plan to have lunch at the Brick oven when we arrive back at Russellville. Everyone is welcome on our hikes, young people under the age of 16 will need a parent or sponsor to accompany them on the hike.
